Critical Indicator Planning and Focus

There are certain Critical Indicators that Agencies / Brokerages must manage to. The key ones are Revenue per Employee. Revenue per Producer, Revenue per Relationship, Closing Ratios & Conversion Rates, Retention, and Operating Profit Percentages.
