One of the most costly or profitable decisions an agency/brokerage can make is around hiring the right person for the right job. Recruiting and hiring is all about finding the right fit. Before you can find the right fit, you have to know what you are looking for.  Additionally, the process you use must have consistency to it so that you are truly able to compare candidates in an unbiased way. Typical firms take a very random and haphazard approach to hiring. Too few potential hires in the prospect pipeline and inconsistent hiring methods lead to very poor results.
