Brandon graduated from the University of Kentucky where he was a football Letterman.  Upon graduation, he began work in a 10-month classroom training program for one of the largest direct writers in the insurance industry focusing on energy related risk. Upon entering the agency/broker world, he began focusing almost exclusively on the offshore/onshore captive insurance industry and quickly became recognized as an authority in the field. After working for two of the top 10 largest, publicly traded brokers in the country, he went on to run a property & casualty division as sales manager for a privately held agency where he was introduced to the innovators within Sitkins International.

Brandon brings a passion for helping those around him achieve the goals that were thought to be unreachable. Using his experience of rapidly growing a book of business, he gives practical counsel on how to apply innovation to deliver exceptional results.

Brandon continues to innovate in the risk management industry and runs his own captive insurance consulting company. 

He is driven by his wife and two beautiful sons, he lives in Louisville, KY.
