He is licensed in an Advanced Management Accreditation Program through Behavioral Sciences Research, Inc., which assists producers in overcoming call reluctance. He has evaluated over 500 assessments and worked with over 300 producers to assist them in overcoming reluctance while increasing sales.
As a licensed KolbeTM consultant Gregg works with agencies and brokerages to identify unique abilities on the team, create team synergy and improve communication and productivity.
Gregg and his wife Laura have been married since 1989 and have 5 children. They reside in Fort Myers, FL. Gregg's focus in everything he does is to provide value through insight and clarity that allows our members to implement at the highest level possible and get the results they need.
