Roger Sitkins, Chief Executive Officer
Roger Sitkins is the CEO of Sitkins Group, Inc. and developer of The Better Way Agency program. Roger has trained and mentored thousands of insurance professionals. Producers, CEOs, sales managers, and CSRs with diverse levels of experience have benefited tremendously from his training and leadership.
Recognized as the nation’s top insurance agency results coach, he has often been the keynote speaker for national, state and local agents’ association events. Author of “Winning Strategies,” a monthly column that has been published in more than 150 issues of Rough Notes magazine, Roger is the most widely read of all the publication’s columnists.
Recently, he developed The Better Way Agency, a membership training program that shows agencies of all sizes simple ways to do things better, get great results and be much more profitable, all conveniently facilitated by means of a web-based platform.

Janey Cahill, Chief Operating Officer
Janey Cahill joined Sitkins Group, Inc. in 1987 as Executive Secretary to Roger Sitkins, CEO. Soon after her employ, it was her dedication to planning and efficiency that led her to assume the role of Corporate Meeting Planner. She was responsible for the planning of all training camps and semi annual networking events. This role included site selection, contract negotiations, agenda development, marketing, budgeting, coordination of speakers, and onsite orchestration.
Janey has a proven track record of facilitating high level follow through and consistently represents attentiveness, dedication, and efficiency. Always working energetically to get things done and stay on track, she has positively impacted the results of the entire organization. Her keen focus and pragmatic execution promoted her to the position of Chief Operating Officer where she oversees the delivery of client services, growth, marketing, and communication.
Chrissy Carter, Chief Design Officer
While attending college in 1999, Chrissy Carter provided Administrative support to Sitkins Group, Inc. Chrissy routinely displayed top level performance, making it apparent very quickly that her innovation and creativity would become primary advantages to the Sitkins organization.
After receiving her BS from the University of Central FL in 2001, she joined the Team full-time and assumed the role of Creative Director.
Chrissy’s natural strengths are in perfect alignment with her current position as Chief Design Officer. She consistently applies creativity to every detail of every project, resulting in online and off line materials that constantly exceed industry standards.
Chrissy has a way of bringing stability and calmness to every situation and has been proclaimed as the Sitkins “get er’ done” person. Brilliant, trusting, dependable – that’s Chrissy, always bringing tremendous value to the Sitkins Team.
