How's Your EnthusIASM?

How is your enthusiasm? You might think it's pretty good, but at Sitkins Group, Inc, we like to use the ending of the word, enthusIASM - I.A.S.M. - and use it as another acronym, I Am Sold Myself. So, as a leader in the insurance world, are you sold yourself on what you're doing? There’s three questions Brent asks you around this area of enthusiasm: The first one is purpose. Your actual purpose. Are you really sold on your mission or your purpose? In fact, do you have your own personal mission statement? Do you have a true understanding of why you do we do what you do? Why do the things that you do matter so much? Whether you're leading your team or you're leading your clients, do you have a personal mission statement? That's your purpose, because if you aren't really sold on what it is that you do, why should anybody else be? Number two is this, are you really sold on your partners? That's a broad term, and this could be a number of different people. When you think about an agency, the partners certainly are our people on our team, our colleagues, sales, and service and leadership and claims, professionals, our partners, as our carriers. Are you really sold on the carriers you're working with? Are you really sold on the people that you're talking to, to build brand and awareness out in the community? And then the last one is this, are you really sold on your performance? The value that you provide as an agency leader, are you really sold on knowing that someone's going to be in a better place after doing something with you and your team. There are certain things that really successful agencies do, and Enthusiasm is an often overlooked one. Is your agency one of the enthusiastic, passionate, ones? Is your belief system at a deeper level, with those last four letters, I am Sold Myself, the first sale in any transaction. Do you really believe, are you really sold on the fact of what you do increases performance and value to those around you? To learn more about our programs, visit www.sitkins.com
