Once a month (excluding July & December) the Sitkins Coaches will lead a sales meeting for you! 

Quarterly the Monthly Sales Meeting will become a Joint Sales & Service Meeting. During these joint meetings, the sales & service staff will attend together.

Once a quarter the Sitkins Coaches will host a leadership mastermind session.

These will be true mastermind sessions, interact, share and learn from other member agencies.

Once a quarter the Sitkins Coaches will host a sales system certification program for our unique selling systems The Risk Concierge Program™ and The Employee Health & Benefits Program™.

During these sessions, your Producers will take a deep dive into the sales system, working toward their certification. Then monthly the Coaches will host "office hours". Producers can hop on a video call and get any questions answered, guidance from the Coaches or Role Play specific scenarios they may be facing.
